What Contracts does

• Draft with AI — ask for a first draft or a change to a clause; you decide what is sent.
• Clause review — suggestions only — nothing changes until a person applies it.
• E-sign in order — each signer confirms with an emailed one-time code, types their name and gives consent.
• Sealed executed copy — the signed PDF carries a certificate of completion and is sealed.
